At LABLynx , we believe Quality is a culture, not a trophy.  Our company has been built, like our product, slowly and carefully. Personnel choices have not been made hastily. Each team member has been hand-picked for his or her qualifications, experience and, most importantly, dedication to the very best in performance.  

Focused Approach -  Our key concerns at LABLynx are our Customers, our Product/Services and our People. We believe that diligent attention to these is the route to success, and not posturing. Rather than devote your money to outside organizations on a yearly basis to tell us what both we and our customers already know -- that LABLynx product and service quality is second to none -- we choose to devote our resources to maintaining that high degree of quality.

In fact, when a LIMS is implemented in the Pharmaceutical industry, for instance, it is required to be validated within that environment anyway. So if the vendor has paid for an outside validation (and of course passed on the cost to the customer), it has been a pointless and irrelevant exercise in redundancy. Our approach is to invite certification bodies to evaluate as and when it benefits our customers.

This process, from creation of a Validation & Verification Plan to eventual decommissioning is recommended by Laboratory Informatics experts as a good general approach to any application, and is well employed, to one degree or another in both LIMS application development and LIMS Implementation.
